Feathers measure approx 4 to 5 inches long are made with stripped Rooster Hackle Feathers that are glued and arranged on to a piece of fabric.

Stripping feathers is a unique process where the quill is stripped approximately 3/4 of its feather, leaving behind beautiful feather tips. These Feather Hackle Plates are available in a variety of colors and can be cut to any size.
